Instructions for Authors

Abstract Submission:

• Must be written in English (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12, Typed), single-spaced on standard A4 paper.
• Authors may also submit in Marathi (Google Translate or AICTE's Anuvadini tool may be used for language conversion).
• Abstract length: 200–300 words.

Title and Author Details:

• Title must be precise, short, and informative.
• Author details (name, affiliation, email ID, and contact number) should be included only at the beginning of the manuscript and not elsewhere in the article.
• Name of the presenting author must be indicated with an asterisk (*).

Full Paper Guidelines

• Manuscripts should be written in clear, coherent, and concise English.
• Length: Maximum 7,500 words (~15 A4 pages, typed in 1.5 spacing).
• Each paper should not exceed 5 pages (as per conference template).
• Similarity index must be below 10%.
• Upon acceptance, authors must provide an electronic copy compatible with MS Word.
• Author(s) are responsible for copyright clearance of their papers.
• Enough precaution should be taken to make the manuscript error-free before submission.

Figures, Tables, and Formatting

• Tables must be numbered and cited in the text (e.g., Table 1, Table 2).
• Do not duplicate results in both tables and graphs.
• Use minimal descriptive text on graphs (label curves, points, etc., with single letter symbols).
• Tables and figures must be clear, readable, and monochromatic.
• Avoid inserting images of tables/figures – use editable text/graphics instead.

Review and Publication

• All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review.
• Selection will be based on relevance, clarity, originality, and contribution to knowledge and research.
• Accepted and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN number.
• Selected high-quality papers will be forwarded for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
